If you would like to apply for tuition with Musicworks you may phone our office, weekdays 9:00am - 5:00pm, or choose from the following options:

- Downloadable Application Form - Drums *
- Downloadable Application Form - Stokesley School *
Note: Our fees and structure for Stokesley School are slightly different, and as such are listed separately to avoid confusion. - Standing Order Form *
When we have received and processed your application we will inform you by e-mail when your child´s tuition will commence.
