Lesson Pricing & Structure

Musicworks lessons are taught on school premises either before school, during school hours or as an after school activity depending on each individual school´s arrangements.

You may choose to have your child taught in a group or on his/her own. Group tuition is the cheaper option and consists of up to 4 pupils per group. The standard lesson usually lasts for 30 minutes but shorter options are available for individual lessons.

Instrumental Tuition Fees

34 lessons will be provided each academic year (but please note sections 6 and 6a of "terms & conditions"). However, your initial commitment is only for six lessons or to the end of the term in which your child starts whichever is the greater. Payment for lessons may be made by one of two methods, either

1 - by monthly standing order payments spreading the cost of lessons equally throughout 12 months of the year:

If you choose to pay by method 1 please send a cheque equal to the first month´s payment with your completed standing order form and standing order payments will begin in the second month of tuition. Lessons will not start until the first month´s payment and the completed standing order form have been received.

Or

2 - by cheque in advance for each term´s lessons

If you choose to pay by method 2 please send a cheque equal to the cost of six lessons with your application form. Lessons will not start until this cheque is received. We will then send you an invoice for any remaining lessons in the term in which your child starts. If less than six lessons remain in that term your invoice for the next term will be adjusted to take account of this. After that you will be invoiced at the beginning of each term.

Please note that monthly payments (method 1) may only be made by standing order. Monthly payments by cheque cannot be accepted.
